A sad Wednesday dinner not because it wasn't good - it was quite good - Eddie made a leek and potato soup and biscuits (the US kind, not the UK ones). Alas, it wasn't from our just gotten that day box of CSA veggies, as the CSA season ended last week. So, we eat from our store of potatoes, garlic, onions and squash and start to buy our produce from the Co-op until next May.

On another note, I bought a new tree-topper from EBay this week. Eddie saw I'd bid and said "I thought we already had one" and I said "yes, but it's kind of musty and the burlap is getting funky" His reply? "I hope you don't buy another husband when I get burlapy and musty" Bwahahahahahahhaa! No worries!

In Which We Find Out Mimi's Thinking Style
I've been tagged twice with the same Meme which is to find the fifth sentence of your 23rd post. So, after careful counting, it turns out to be You focus on how things should be - even if you haven't worked out the details. From a Quiz on Dominant Thinking Styles that I copped from Philippa's blog.

My comments on it from May? Sounds pretty spot on. 'Tis true, especially the line that was the fifth sentence - I can't tell you how many arguments I find myself thinking, "It doesn't matter how we get there, we just need to do so" including a recent one on health care delivery and Boutique Doctors.

Since the Meme has been floating around, how about if you haven't done it and are interested, post the 5th line of your 23rd Post!

Ciao!

The Obligatory Halloween Photos Although, I fell down on the job, I didn't get a photo of Ced's costume. He dressed up as something from a Computer Game and went Trick or Treating with friends. Xavier also went out with several of his friends in our neighborhood as a Jedi.
