Restarting my Blog - I've discovered a wonderful new thing - surfing other people's blogs. I find I've made great friends, get a window into other people's lives, and have a great need to share my story on their blogs, which kind of must get boring to them, so I'm feeling I need to kick myself into high gear on my own Blog.

To catch up (just this week, not the past year!) Xavier survived the Chicken Pox - with much help and love from my mom who just went home today. Maybe this is why I'm feeling so down and blue today. Cedric is a CP survivor of three weeks, now - his case started on the 1st of April (no, seriously).

Mom and I took a ten cards in 120 minutes class at the most wonderful Scrapbooking store - A Little Bit of Heaven (do you think my linking it will get a discount?). Wonderful class! Note to self: I need a spritzer, ink refills, and a blender pen.

Cedric returned to school after Spring Break and the Chicken Pox break. He's working on his eighth-grade project and seems to be having fun.

Lent is over! But, Holy Week is just beginning! Tomorrow (Lazarus Saturday) and Sunday (Palm Sunday) are technically not in Holy Week, nor in Lent. Pretty interesting, eh? Tomorrow, we have Liturgy, Xavier has Altar Boy Training, and we have to get our Lenten confessions in. Sunday, we have Palm Sunday Liturgy and Matins. Tonight, the last Presanctified Liturgy of Lent. Lord have Mercy!

That's all for now.

Hey Mimi! Thanks for inviting me to view your blog. I would have checked it out last night but I was at a crop...making cards!! :)

This is the very first time I have ever posted on a blog so I am uncertain of the protocol. I will tell you that I looked at a bunch of pictures from our Seattle trip last night and I was flooded with all sorts of emotions and happy memories. I couldn't stop smiling!

I'm glad your boys are better and I'm sad that your mom is gone but happy that you had such a wonderful time with her! Say hi to Eddie for me!
